What is the Primary Focus of ETL School of thought Teaching/learning can take place in three phases; Before, During, and After. Teaching/learning in phase #1 (Before) involves the following:

Preparation

define investment in Phase #1 of teaching/learning as putting time, energy,
resources, etc (capital) into an effort in order to get a better return.
∙We
define preparation in Phase #1 of teaching/learning as putting time, energy,
resources, etc. (capital) into an effort in order to become ready/prepared
to deal effectively/therapeutically when certain behaviors take place.
